Founded by Karen, who took the leap out of Corporate HR after nearly two decades in senior HR leadership roles across multiple sectors, Peopling was born out of a desire to do things differently. Karen saw firsthand how progressive HR practices could transform workplaces, and she wanted to bring that same impact to small businesses.
With extensive experience spanning technology, telecoms, professional services, property, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and manufacturing industries, Karen has built Peopling into a trusted partner for businesses across the UK & Europe.
